Replacing/Duplicates Online (Printed)
Getting a printed duplicate Arizona title online requires you to:
- Activate your AZ MVD Now account.
- Follow the necessary steps under the “Title Replacement” service tab.
- Pay the $4.00 fee.
- Wait for your title to be mailed to you in paper form.
If you apply online, a paper copy of your replacement title will usually arrive about 7 to 14 business days after your application is processed.

Getting a printed duplicate Arizona title by mail requires you to print and fill out the Arizona DOT Motor Vehicle Division Title and Registration Application (Form 96-0236).
